UFC 285 features the return of Jon Jones, finally testing himself at heavyweight—against Cyril Gane for the vacant title belt. We’ve got Valentina Shevchenko taking on Alexa Grasso for her 8th consecutive defense of the flyweight belt. And we have the official UFC debut of super-prospect Bo Nickal. Should be a good time all around.

In the main event of UFC 283, Glover Teixeira is set to take on Jamahal Hill for the still vacant light heavyweight strap. While Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno will battle for flyweight gold for the fourth time in the co-main. Throw Gilbert Burns, Jessica Andrade, and Johnny Walker in there and the UFC has a lot of home country talent on display.

I’m not necessarily sure that the main event of UFC Vegas 67 got better with Sean Strickland’s late entry into the headlining bout against Nassourdine Imavov, but it certainly creates more questions about just what kind of fight fans are going to see. With the fight up at 205, will Strickland be fit for 5 rounds? Will Imavov be helped by not having to cut? Can Strickland still make this a pace fight? The rest of the card is fine, if not terribly notable—although Raoni Barcelos vs. Umar Nurmagomedov should be a thriller.

  • For our last event, UFC Vegas 64: Rodriguez vs. Lemos: Zane went 6/11 for 54.55%, while Connor went 7/11 for 63.64% as well
  • Overall from UFC Fight Island 1 through UFC Vegas 64: Zane is now at 763/1180 for 64.66% and Connor is now at 717/1180 for 60.76%
  • So far, in 2022: Zane is at 293/443 for 66.14% and Connor is at 275/443 for 62.08%
  • 2021: Zane went 305/493 for 62% and Connor went 285/493 for 58%
  • July-Dec 2020: Zane went 164/244 for 67% and Connor went 157/244 for 64%
